[Confidential] is a sub-brand focused on distributing network solutions for small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) globally.
It offers a range of products and services covering areas like campus networks, data storage, and intelligent collaboration. It works with a network of distribution partners to serve the digital needs of SMEs in over 40 countries. The goal is to provide easily deployable, user-friendly products and tools to support the digital transformation of SMEs.

The app is designed to support many different stakeholders. We wanted to know who is the main user and what are their requirements.


We had in-depth interviews with Distributors and installers in both Turkiye and UAE.

We collected pain points and requirements.
We studied different use scenarios.
We studied how the
stakeholders collaborate.
